A step to confirm Al Masraf’s commitment to provide customers with banking solutions suitable for their lifestyles
Dubai, 10 October 2017: Arab Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade – Al Masraf, announced launching a new application for smartphones, as part of the digitization program adopted to enrich customers’ banking experience.
The new application features many advantages designed to enable Al Masraf’s customers to conduct their transactions easily and conveniently.
Commenting on the new application, Mr. Ahmed Alrefaei, Chief Operating Officer, said: “Promoting our customers’ banking experience is our top priority. To this end, we work continuously to develop our services and present digital banking solutions that are suitable for the customers’ busy lifestyles and provide them with maximum security and convenience. The new application is launched as part of the digitization program adopted by Al Masraf to meet the growing demand for digital banking solutions.”
Mr. Talal Al Mazrooei, Head of Consumer Banking and Wealth Management, said: “Our new application is a qualitative addition to the smart services we offer to our customers to enable them access their accounts on the go and conduct their transactions within a convenient and secure environment. Such steps reflect Al Masraf’s constant commitment to keep up with state-of-the-art banking technologies and offer integrated digital banking channels that can be used easily and are more safe and secure. This would eventually enrich our customers’ banking experience”.
The application is available for free download on App Store and Google Play, for iOS and Android devices. Users can benefit from the available banking services, like monitoring the balance and details of transaction on accounts, deposits and loans, making remittances, payment of utility bills, as well as many others.
Furthermore, Al Masraf concluded a strategic partnership with Temenos, a banking software company, to strengthen its capabilities to introduce innovative products.
