Al Masraf Mobile Banking app is a new banking channel which will provide customers seamless connectivity to the Bank. With this new app, customers can access their account details, make Credit Card payments, transfer money and payments at their convenience, through Smartphones.
  • To get started, first you need to download Al Masraf Mobile Banking App from App Store for IOS devices or Google Play for Android devices if you are already registered for our Online Banking.
  • If you are not registered on our Online banking, please follow the below steps as you will need the Online Banking user ID and password to use the Mobile Banking app.
    • Go
    • Select Online Banking
    • Then, select Personal online banking
    • Go to New user registration
    • Enter your Debit/Credit card number
    • Enter your card PIN
    • Enter One Time Password OTP which you will receive on your register mobile number
    • Create your own User ID and Password
  • For customer’s account(s) protection, it is required to register the device. After successful log-in, the customer will receive one-time password on his/her registered mobile number with the bank. He/she needs to input this password to complete device registration.
Al Masraf Mobile Banking App is available currently for Apple IOS and Android mobile phone. In addition, it is available for Apple iPad and Android Tablets. In the near future, it will be available in Apple Watch and Samsung Gear.

To create or amend beneficiary, you need to follow the following steps:
  • Fill up beneficiary details required fields
  • Enter One Time Password which you will get on your registered mobile number
  • It will take one working day to activate beneficiary registration
  • You need to call our call center 600529999 to unregister the device so Al Masraf mobile app will not be used.
  • If you want to sell your mobile or give it a way, you need to uninstall Al Masraf mobile app.
