Branch Updates

We are pleased to announce that effective Wednesday, 27th May 2020, our Branch timings will be from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM Saturday to Thursday.

Mussafah & Qusais Branches will remain closed until further notice. 

We are currently operating at select branch locations:

To ensure your safety, we will continue to implement deep cleaning and sterilization protocols in all our branches. In addition, we have rolled out training on safety guidelines, social distancing, and preventive hygiene practices for all our front-line staff.

Pursuant to the instructions issued under Cabinet Resolution No. 17 of 2020, all visitors to the branch are requested to wear a medical facemask and observe the safe distance between individuals. This is for your own safety and everyone’s safety.

  • All our ATMs and CCDMs have been equipped with sanitizers for your safety and wellbeing

 

Online Banking/ Mobile Banking:

  • For Corporate Banking clients – If you haven’t subscribed to our corporate online platform for carrying out transactions yet, please click here for the Corporate Online Banking service activation form, complete and submit the original to your nearest branch.
  • You can use our fully fledged Mobile Banking app for a smooth banking experience. Please click here to download and install our mobile banking application.
Safe Deposit Lockers:
  • Safe deposit lockers can be accessed only on Monday, Wednesday & Saturday by informing your respective Relationship Manger one working day in advance.

Services Discontinue – TTs

Effective April 1st 2020, in view of current situation, there are some restrictions to Fund Transfers in Branches. Foreign Transfers will take 5 working days and Local Transfers 3 working days.
